This year’s Christmas drop will feature the Air Jordan 11 “DMP,” last seen in 2006 as a pack with the Air Jordan 6 “DMP.” Initially introduced in 2006 as part of the “Defining Moments” Pack, the Air Jordan 6 and Jordan 11 got its name drawing inspiration from Mike’s 1991 and 1996 NBA titles. The “DMP” Air Jordan 6 retro debuted in 2020. The Air Jordan 11 DMP is set to return in 2023.
The shoe arrives dominated by the colors white, black, and gold. This retro iteration of the Air Jordan 11 ditches the usual mesh construction while keeping the Black patent leather overlays in favor of a White tumbled leather upper. The metallic gold Jumpman on the lateral ankle and the number “23” on the heels serve as the shoe’s focal points. In addition to the high-cut patent leather upper, the pair will include a White midsole and a transparent outsole that looks old. The sneaker will be available in all family sizes and will arrive in special packaging.
